Chief Advancement Officer

Candice leads Colorado Ballet’s advancement efforts, overseeing philanthropy, and community engagement to grow support for the Ballet. She works closely with donors, board members, and community partners to ensure the Ballet has the resources to thrive on stage and in the community. 

She brings more than 17 years of nonprofit leadership experience, most recently at the Denver Health Foundation, where she helped raise over $21 million annually through major gifts, events, and community partnerships. Her career spans donor relations, communications, and strategic fundraising, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and inspiring generosity. 

A lifelong dancer herself, Candice feels a deep connection to the performing and visual arts. Joining Colorado Ballet has been a true homecoming and an opportunity to combine her passion for the art form with her dedication to advancing its impact in the community.
