TEACHING ARTIST

Brooke Shelley started dancing at eighteen months old and hasn’t stopped. She started dancing recreationally in Massachusetts then moved to Florida to dance competitively. She then moved (again) to dance recreationally in Maine. While in Maine she started dance in a few ballets such as The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty with Maine State Ballet. She graduated from Dean College with her bachelor’s degree. She then started teaching dance classes and performing throughout Massachusetts. Including assistant choreographing Wellesley Theater Project’s production of Annie kids and Matilda jr. Brooke moved out to Denver almost two years ago and teaches dance classes, preforms and choreographs around the Denver metro area. She is passionate about spreading the love of dance that she has and seeing the passion the kids she teaches has.
