Keara is originally from Southern California. She began her dance training as a competitive dancer before beginning formal ballet training at the age of 13. In 2020, she attended the Prix de Lausanne and received the Grand Prix Award at YAGP.

In 2021, Keara trained with Colorado Ballet’s Pre-Professional Division. In 2022, she joined Colorado Ballet’s Studio Company. During her two seasons, she performed in productions including Jekyll & Hyde, Swan Lake, Coppélia, The Nutcracker, and Cinderella.

In 2024, Keara joined Twin Cities Ballet as a company artist, where she performed leading roles including Elizabeth in Frankenstein, the Snow Queen and Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, and Juliet in Romeo & Juliet.

Alongside her ballet career, Keara has developed a passion for teaching and choreography. In 2023, she choreographed a piece for Colorado Ballet Academy’s Choreographic Workshop. From 2022–2024, she taught at CBA and choreographed for YAGP. Keara is thrilled to return to the faculty for the 2026–2027 season as a teacher and choreographer.
