Matthew Bobzien is a lighting designer and arts leader originally from Raleigh, NC with a degree in Drama & Theatre Studies and Arts Administration from Elon University. Some of Matthew’s favorite dance lighting credits include Dreamscape by Nexus Movement Collective, Movement Unscripted by Jessica Werfel, The Matriarchy by Madeline Trigilio, Semicolon by Pheriby Bryan, and Game Over by Motion Dance Collaborative. His favorite theatrical credits include A Kidnapped Santa Claus (Director), The Antipodes (Stage Manager), John Proctor is the Villain (Dramaturg), Alone Together (Director), The Lucky Cat (Lighting Designer), She Loves Me (Technical Supervisor), Devine (Lighting Designer), Concord Floral (Assistant Director), and Antigone (Technical Supervisor).
