Originally from Woodcliff Lake, NJ, Morgan received her training at the Irine Fokine School of Ballet. She graduated summa cum laude from Butler University with a BFA in Dance Performance and a minor in Marketing, earning multiple performance and academic awards. Her choreography was featured in Butler Ballet’s Student Choreography Showcase, and she received a Butler Summer Institute Grant to support research for her Honors Thesis. Throughout her 13-year performance career, Morgan was an inaugural member of Kansas City Ballet’s Second Company and an 11-year company artist with Wonderbound in Denver, CO. She originated 20+ roles in works by Garrett Ammon and Ballet Master/Assistant to the Artistic Director Sarah Tallman, and performed at the 2017 Vail Dance Festival. As a choreographer, Morgan was selected as one of four dancemakers for the prestigious National Choreographers Initiative in July 2025. She was also the first former Kansas City Ballet dancer commissioned by the company, choreographing for their 2024 New Moves program. Morgan has created work for Wonderbound’s in-house choreography lab, independent artist collectives, and regional dance schools, and her choreography was presented at the 2025 Regional Dance America Mid-States Festival. Beyond her artistic endeavors, Morgan is the Office Manager for Kabbalah Experience, a non-profit organization for adult spiritual education. She is currently Board Secretary for New Paradigm Dance Theater, a youth, adult, and adaptive performance company. She brings 13+ years of teaching experience in ballet, pointe, repertoire, contemporary movement, and partnering to students of all ages.
