Updated information regarding snow closures will be updated on the homepage of ColoradoBallet.org in the event that the Academy needs to close due to poor weather conditions. Updated information regarding snow closures will be located on the main Academy webpage and on the Academy Facebook page.
2014/2015 academy class registration is open now. All classes are open until filled (indicated on the class schedule webpages). Classes run from August 25, 2014 through May 16, 2015 and Registration Forms can be submitted online, or via email (email@example.com), fax (303-861-7174), mail, or in person to the Academy Office.
General inquires can be emailed (firstname.lastname@example.org) or can called to 303-339-1634. Registration confirmations can be sent upon request. Placement inquiries should be emailed to email@example.com.
To transfer, add, or withdraw from an Academy class, please download the Drop/Add Form. Forms may be returned in person to Colorado Ballet Academy, mailed, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or faxed to 303-861-7174. Refund policy: Deposit fees are non-refundable. 100% tuition (not including the deposit) reimbursement will only be processed before August 25, 2014. Tuition reimbursements after August 25, 2014 will be considered by the academy on an individual basis, but no refund is guaranteed. Any withdrawal after the first Month of the program is not subject to a refund.
The Academy offers many performance opportunities to its students year-round. Our Spring Performance is an opportunity for all Academy students in Ballet Level 1 and up, as well as select open classes to perform. Each year, Academy students ages 8 and up are encouraged to audition for Colorado Ballet company's performance of The Nutcracker, which is performed at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Students are limited to two make-up class cards per term, please check in with the office if you need to make up a class.
