Colorado Ballet believes that the performing arts should be accessible to everyone. Through our Bridge to Ballet ticket program, we partner with local nonprofit organizations, schools, and community-serving agencies to provide complimentary tickets to Colorado Ballet performances for individuals and families who may otherwise face barriers to attendance.
By working alongside trusted community partners, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for new audiences to experience the power, beauty, and inspiration of live ballet.
Who Can Participate?
Organizations may be eligible to participate if they:
- Are a nonprofit organization, school, community group, or government agency.
- Serve historically under-resourced, underrepresented, or underserved communities.
- Distribute tickets directly to program participants, clients, students, or families.
Please note that Bridge to Ballet tickets are intended exclusively for program participants and their families. Tickets may not be used by staff members, board members, donors, or organizational guests. Organizations found to be misusing tickets may be removed from future participation.
How the Program Works
Approved organizations may request complimentary tickets to eligible Colorado Ballet performances throughout the season.
Program guidelines include:
- Up to 25 tickets may be requested per performance, per organization.
- Performance dates and times are selected by Colorado Ballet.
- Seating locations are determined by Colorado Ballet and may vary by performance.
- Tickets are subject to availability.
- Organizations will receive a unique promotional code to distribute directly to participants.
- Participants will redeem tickets using the provided code, allowing Colorado Ballet to collect patron information and communicate important performance details.
Why We Use Promotional Codes
Providing organizations with a unique redemption code allows participants to reserve their own seats while ensuring they receive important event information, performance
reminders, venue details, and accessibility resources directly from Colorado Ballet.
This process also helps us better understand the impact of the Community Ticket Program and continue expanding access to the arts throughout our community.
Apply to Participate
Organizations interested in joining the Bridge to Ballet program are invited to complete the application form below. Please note, we can only accept applications from
organizations, not individual requesters. Part of an organization that you think qualifies? Please ask them to apply!
As part of the application process, organizations will be asked to provide:
- Organization mission and program information
- Website and contact information
- Description of the communities served
- Intended use of the tickets
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and participation does not guarantee ticket availability for all requested performances.
