Group pricing

Discounts are based on the total number of tickets reserved for a single performance. 

*Select new Wednesday performances of The Nutcracker may offer deeper discounts. 

All seating sections are eligible for group pricing — from premium orchestra seats to balcony — allowing you to select the experience that best fits your budget. 

Have a large group that prefers guests to book individually? Ask us about customizable promo codes that allow your attendees to purchase their own seats at a preferred rate. 

Booking & Payment Details

Booking your group is simple and flexible. 

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation 
• Final payment is due 30 days prior to your performance 
• Bookings must be made at least two weeks before your selected performance 
• For reservations made within 30 days of performance, payment in full is required at booking 

Need flexibility? We’re happy to arrange a payment plan that works for your organization. 

Changes to ticket quantities and seating locations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the performance, based on availability. Additional seats may be added at any time (subject to availability). Ticket quantities may be reduced, though deposits and payments are non-refundable. 

For very large groups (50+), additional considerations may be available — please inquire with our team.

Groups of 10 or more can enhance their visit with a customized beverage and hospitality package. Our beverage partner will work directly with your group organizer to curate selections tailored to your guests — creating a seamless, social, and celebratory atmosphere.

School & Student Groups

While we do not offer student-specific pricing through our standard group sales program, Colorado Ballet offers dedicated Student Matinee performances through our Education Department.
