The Ellie Caulkins Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to each performance. There is no active box office at the Opera House outside of these hours for Colorado Ballet. 

Walk-up ticketing services are not available at our 1075 Santa Fe Drive location. 

If you are seeking to contact us on the day of your performance and do not hear back from us prior to your departure for the theatre, please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation number with you to the Ellie Caulkins Opera House Box Office. When you arrive, we will be happy to assist you. Allow yourself enough time to do so prior to the performance start time.
