How to Access and Share Mobile Tickets

How to access your mobile tickets

1. Visit my.coloradoballet.org

Log in using the same username and password used to log in to ColoradoBallet.org. If you do not wish you use your password, you will be given the option to have a temporary 6-digit pass code delivered to your email to facilitate login.

2. Select your event.

3. Present your mobile ticket(s) to be scanned.

The QR code will appear a few hours before doors open before the performance.

quick troubleshooting tips

    • To view your mobile tickets, open a browser (ex. Safari, Google Chrome).

    • If you are unsure of your login information, please contact Tickets@ColoradoBallet.org or call 303.339.1637

    • If you have previously logged in and things don’t look as expected, refresh the page.

    • The QR code to be scanned is dynamic and continuously refreshes. Please do not take a screenshot of your ticket or print it out. A screenshot or printout will not scan.

how to share your mobile tickets

1. Log in to my.coloradoballet.org and select your event.

2. Tap the "Share Tickets" icon.

3. Enter the name of the recipient and select the tickets you want to share.

4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, and tap "Next."

5. Review and confirm name and selected tickets, and tap "Confirm."

6. Tap the "Share with your guest" icon and send the link to the recipient.

7. Share the ticket via text, email, or another app of your choice.

8. Need to send the link again? Select "Share this invite again."

All tickets except for (1) can be shared digitally. Ticket purchaser must retain at least (1) digital ticket.  If you need to share all of your tickets, please reach out to our box office to change your ticket delivery to Will Call or Mail.
