DONATION REQUEST INQUIRIES

Must be a 501(c)(3) organization
Organization can only apply once per year
Colorado Ballet will supply one pair of tickets unless otherwise noted by staff member

Inquiry must be for a silent auction event only (i.e. it must be raising money for the organization's mission in the community), not as a prize
Inquiry must be at least one month prior to the event

Please note that we cannot fulfill all donation requests. In order to thoroughly review and potentially approve your request, please provide the following information via the online form or mail your request on your organization’s letterhead to the below address. Please do not send these documents via email attachments.
