Colorado Ballet AcademyAnnounces New Adult Dance Class Offerings
Denver, CO (September 22, 2025) – Colorado Ballet Academy is thrilled to announce several new adult class offerings alongside a robust roster of existing adult classes and performance opportunities for lovers and learners of ballet.
“All students are welcome and encouraged to attend, no matter their experience. I’m so proud of the positive and supportive learning environment that our teachers cultivate for our adult students to discover or recover the art of dance and movement,” shared Academy Director Erica Fischbach.
New this year are Adult Beginner/Intermediate Ballet on Monday and Tuesday mornings, Adult Broadway Jazz on Tuesday nights, Adult Beginner/Intermediate Contemporary Performance on Thursday nights, and Ballet Burn on Saturday mornings.
“Last year was the first time CBA offered adult performance classes, and it was extremely moving to see such true joy in their beautiful performances. This year we are so excited to be able to offer an even wider variety of classes as we expand our adult class programming to accommodate people’s busy schedules and include different techniques based on growing student interest,” continued Fischbach.
Classes start at just $25 for a drop-in, or save with a “punch card” option of 5- or 10-class packs. For a limited time, new students can enjoy the first class free!
Students have the opportunity to train with CBA’s esteemed faculty, and for those interested in pursuing their ballet journey more seriously, CBA is excited to offer several opportunities to perform original choreography in a culminating end-of-semester showcase in Colorado Ballet’s Black Box Theater at the Armstrong Center for Dance.
“As we continue growing our community and strengthening our touchpoints across Denver, we want our patrons to feel as welcome taking class in the studios on Santa Fe Drive as they do at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House watching our company productions. We look forward to seeing students of all ages fill the studios to enjoy learning this incredible art form.” stated Artistic Director Gil Boggs.
