Withdrawal After Three Weeks Prior to August 23, 2021
Withdrawal 8 Days After First Class
Failure to pay all fees and tuition may affect future ability to participate in the academy. All refunds and credits will take up to 3-4 weeks of processing time and will not be issued without a signed Withdraw Form. Registration fees, gift cards, and worn uniforms or merchandise are nonrefundable.
Students enrolled in auto-payments are not excused from future payments by withdrawing after 8 days from first class;
all remaining payments are still due.
Withdrawals or suspension from the payment plan due to injury will only be allowed at the discretion of the Academy Faculty and with an accompanying doctor’s note.
Excessive absences may affect a student’s ability to advance to the next level as well as their casting and participation in performances.
