Instill the love of movement and music in your child through interactive movement games and exercises. This encouraging and nurturing environment will support a strong bond between adult and child and will work to develop coordination, motor skills, musicality, and balance while incorporating strength training and cardiovascular activities for our adult participants. Each semester will focus on an exciting theme that brings creativity and animation into the classroom, resulting in a fun and inspiring experience. To maximize the benefits for all participants, we request only one parent or guardian attend per child.
